A 4,200 sq ft oceanfront home defined by clean horizontal lines, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces.

This oceanfront residence in Malibu redefines coastal living through a rigorous minimalist vocabulary. The structure extends along the bluff edge with a horizontal datum that frames panoramic Pacific views. Exposed concrete, blackened steel, and warm white oak interact throughout, creating tactile richness within the spare geometry. The project earned recognition for its integration of passive solar design and native landscaping.
