About the Project

A 24-unit residential development with ground-floor retail, designed to complement the vibrant character of Montana Avenue.

Studio 1323 designed this mixed-use development to honor the pedestrian-scale fabric of Montana Avenue while delivering contemporary residential density. The building steps back at upper levels, reducing visual mass while creating private terraces for upper-unit residents. Ground-floor retail activates the streetscape, and a central courtyard provides shared amenity space.
