A 120-seat restaurant design celebrating the connection between food, craft, and the California landscape.

Canopy Restaurant occupies a ground-floor retail space transformed into a destination dining experience. The design concept centers on the metaphor of a forest canopy — an overhead structure of reclaimed oak branches filters natural light and creates a ceiling composition that shifts throughout the day. Custom banquettes, terrazzo floors, and an open kitchen reinforce the commitment to craft and transparency.
